This 3hr workshops will examine the two sides of a family coin understanding the challenges and pressures of typical family life that are often magnified or multiplied by the additional stresses and obstacles of caring for a child living with a disability.

The session will examine parental and youth mental health through a lens of lived disability and offer proactive and evidence-based practices that can increase mental health outcomes for your family, and, yourself as parent, guardian, or caregiver.
