 About Us

Pathways Therapy Services provides a unique level of support to our families and clinicians. We specialize in providing individualized therapy services focused on helping our clients build communication skills for everyday life. Additionally, we also provide occupational therapy, case management and advocacy supports to our families.

 Position Summary

You will have the opportunity to deliver individualized and consultative therapy and assessment services. To ensure the highest quality of service, you will be provided with comprehensive administrative and resource supports as well as mentorship and collaboration opportunities within our team of SLPs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

  • Provide individualized therapy to clients to build communication skills through best practice techniques and exercises.

  • Collaborate with a diverse group of multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

  • Keep detailed records of clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

  • Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in the field to provide the best possible care.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members to ensure understanding and progress.

Qualifications

We are seeking an SLP with the desire to develop their practice and communicate effectively. You will also bring the following to the team:

· a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology

· eligibility for College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC registration
