Autistic students often rely on routines to navigate situations and sudden schedule or lifestyle changes can be discomforting. At this time of year, you may be starting to think about an upcoming transition period that your child or youth is facing. This session will discuss supports, strategies, and resources for parents/caregivers to begin preparing for the following transitions:
Current grade to the next grade
Elementary school to high school
High school to adulthood
1 hour session (45 minutes content, 15 minutes Q&A)
